By accessing or using BurnFat, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Wellness tool only
BurnFat provides general wellness, nutrition, calorie, activity, and weight-management tools. BurnFat is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You are responsible for your health decisions. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, medication, or health routine, especially if you have a medical condition.
Estimates and AI output
BurnFat may estimate calories, macros, activity, calorie balance, fat-loss trends, and meal contents from data you enter or connect. These estimates can be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate.
AI-generated food recognition and coaching output may be wrong. You should review outputs before relying on them.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
- You must not share credentials, access another user account without permission, or use BurnFat in a way that harms the service or other users.
Subscriptions and purchases
Some BurnFat features may require a paid subscription, trial, or one-time purchase. Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by the relevant store and are subject to that store’s terms, billing rules, refund rules, and cancellation settings.
Prices, features, and availability may change. We will not reduce access to paid features during an active paid period without a legitimate operational, legal, or security reason.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse BurnFat, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access systems or data without authorization.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, or non-meal-related sensitive content.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or use BurnFat to build a competing service unless allowed by law or by written permission.
Third-party services
BurnFat may integrate with Apple Health, HealthKit, Health Connect, Open Food Facts, app stores, payment providers, AI providers, cloud providers, and other third-party services. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply.
Intellectual property
BurnFat, including its software, design, branding, and content, is owned by BurnFat or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service as permitted by these terms.
You retain ownership of the content and data you provide. You grant BurnFat the rights needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service to you.
Service changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of BurnFat where needed for product, security, legal, or operational reasons. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or create risk for the service or other users.
Disclaimers and liability
BurnFat is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BurnFat will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for health, nutrition, financial, or lifestyle decisions made based on estimates or generated output.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as BurnFat evolves. If changes are material, we will provide notice where appropriate. Continued use of BurnFat after the updated terms take effect means you accept them.
